For a year, Republic Urban Properties (Republic) has engaged with the West Portal community to receive public input for the proposed Arden Wood residential community. We are proud to unveil our latest project details and design which incorporates many of the concerns local residents raised about the previously proposed design. Arden Wood, a new residential development, will soon be a part of the bustling Greater West Portal Neighborhood. This residential development will feature LEED-certified condominium units nestled in the Arden Wood forest that will be in close proximity to rail transportation, neighborhood restaurants, shops, and local attractions such as Stern Grove. These homes will be an unbeatable investment for first time home buyers, families and empty nesters and include amenities that will appeal to a broad range of owners.

Arden Wood will be the first San Francisco project for Republic Urban Properties, which has been involved with many real estate and property development projects throughout the United States including projects in Florida, Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Washington DC. Republic Urban Properties West Coast Division, with offices in San Francisco and San Jose, is led by former San Francisco Supervisor and neighborhood resident Robert Mendelsohn.
